All orders on the website www.weallshareroots.com are subject to the current Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).
The buyer is asked to read these general terms and conditions of sale. All orders for goods imply the unconditional acceptance by the buyer and their complete approval of the T&Cs which shall take precedence over any other buyer’s document. WeAllShareRoots reserves the right to adjust or amend its T&Cs at any time. The version of the T&Cs applicable to all transactions shall be the one which appears on the site at the time of ordering.
Availability and description of products
When a product is unavailable, it is displayed as such on the site. In the event of an error occurring at the time of the purchase or consequently, WeAllShareRoots will let the customer know by email as quickly as possible. If the product has already been paid for, WeAllShareRoots will refund the item’s price to the customer. The products being offered for sale are described and displayed with the greatest accuracy possible. Nevertheless, if any errors or omissions may have occurred with respect to the product display, WeAllShareRoots shall not be held responsible. The photographs and descriptions depicting the products do not fall within the scope of the contract. Our products are manufactured by hand. They may display slight variations in the dimensions, colours and patterns. These variations cannot be considered as manufacturing defects and cannot be the basis for disputing an order’s authenticity.
Confirmation of the order
The order is considered as being made once the customer has read and approved the Terms & Conditions, available on the website. Payments are made using PayGate or PayPal. WeAllShareRoots will acknowledge receipt of the order once confirmed by email.
The prices are shown in Euros. If the payment is made via PayGate, the final payment will be in Rand (South-African currency).
Shipping is free.
The products remain the property of WeAllShareRoots until payment has been made in full.
WeAllShareRoots covers the usual taxes and customs duties on national and international shipments. In case of any unexpected or additional tax and duty being requested by local authorities on the arrival of the parcel, they will be the customer’s expense and responsability.
Payment and transaction security
Payment for purchases can be made via PayGate or PayPal.
In the case of PayGate, the final payment will be in Rand (South-African currency). For this reason, your bank may charge possible fees for a payment in foreign currency.
In all circumstances, WeAllShareRoots reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery in the event of any existing legal action with the customer, particularly non-payment of an order in part or in full, a rejected card payment, or indeed for any other reasons which WeAllShareRoots reserves the right to refrain from explaining to its customer.
When the order is confirmed, the request for payment is sent in real time to a secured payment system. The secure payment system then sends a confirmation email.
International deliveries are made by Fedex or DHL within 3 to 5 working days. Customer will be informed of the parcel tracking number as soon as dispatch is confirmed.
The products are dispatched with the invoice to the delivery address stated by the customer at the time of ordering.
The customer is responsible for the information provided at the time of ordering. The customer has a duty to check that the compulsory personal information provided is accurate and comprehensive. Should any errors arise due to information provided by the customer, WeAllShareRoots would not be held responsible if it is not possible to deliver the product.
The transportation risks are accepted by the customer, who will have to address any complaints to the relevant postal services or courier.
Returns and refunds
All products are open to refund by means of a WeAllShareRoots credit note.
If you change your mind, you have up to 7 days after receiving your order to return your purchases in exchange for a refund. To do this, all you need to do is send an email to email@example.com to let us know that you wish to return the product.
Costs of returning the product are at the customer’s expense.
Returned items must not have been worn or used. They must be returned to us in their original state and packaging, together with the delivery note, to the postal address which will be emailed to you.
Once the product has been received, the customer will receive their refund no later than 10 working days after the returned parcel has been received by WeAllShareRoots.
WeAllShareRoots will not be responsible for any potential damages caused during the return transportation.
All parts of the WeAllShareRoots.com website such as the products and artwork are covered and protected by intellectual property rights. They are exclusively owned by WeAllShareRoots. Any unauthorised use will lead to legal action being taken. Any user who has a website being used in a personal capacity and who wishes to link their website to the WeAllShareRoots website for personal use must first request WeAllShareRoots’ prior permission.
