Payment, delivery & order


We use various payment gateways to ease your transaction, all of them 100% secured and suitable for VISA and MASTERCARD payments:

– You can pay with your credit card, via PAYGATE. The final payment will be in Rand (South-African currency).

– You can pay via your PayPal account, directly in your favorite currency (not available in South Africa).

Any bank details are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and are never stored within our computer system. This means that your online payments are completely secure.

If you encounter problems when paying for your order, please contact us using our contact page, or our social networks. We’ll get back to you asap with an alternative solution.


Shipping costs are free from a determined purchase amount. They include customs fees and local taxes on arrival of the package.
  • For Europe, shipping costs are included for any order from 60€, and will be charged 35€ otherwise.
  • For South African deliveries, shipping is included for any order from 590 Rands, and will be charged R 100 otherwise.
  • For the rest of the world, shipping is included for any order from 79 dollars and will be charged 45$ otherwise.

We are not Amazon (with respect for who they are) and we are proud of it ! Even though sometimes we would love to be faster, we have chosen the Wednesdays as our shipping day! (on the other days of the week, we are looking for prints, we are dealing with the production in the township, we are taking care of our retailers, of the accounting etc etc.)

From there, international deliveries are made by DHL within 3 to 5 working days. And national deliveries (within South Africa) are made by local courier companies (most of the time, The Courier Guy),in 2 to 4 working days.

A tracking number will be communicated by email, when the parcel is shipped.

You can order a bag wherever you are! We work with DHL for all international deliveries.

All products are open to refund by means of a WeAllShareRoots credit note.
If you change your mind, you have up to 7 days after receiving your order to return your purchases in exchange for a refund. To do this, all you need to do is send an email to to let us know that you wish to return the product.
Costs of returning the product are at the customer’s expense.
Returned items must not have been worn or used. They must be returned to us in their original state and packaging, together with the delivery note, to the postal address which will be emailed to you.
Once the product has been received, the customer will receive their refund no later than 10 working days after the returned parcel has been received by WeAllShareRoots.
WeAllShareRoots will not be responsible for any potential damages caused during the return transportation.

The gift card is valid 1 year from the date of issuance, after which the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
It shall not be redeemed or exchangeable. Each order is associated to one voucher code, that will not be renewed.
The gift card has to be used for a single transaction, only on Not applicable for in-store or direct purchase.
Delivery fees and shipping are supported by WeAllShareRoots.
The gift card can be used for all the products on If the balance on the card is not sufficient to cover the amount of the order, the Beneficiary can complete the order with another means of payment. Otherwise, if the amount of the order is less than the amount of the gift card, WeAllShareRoots will not reimburse the difference.
In case of loss, the gift card’ beneficiary can ask for an opposition, provided that the card is still valid.
